“Ex Ligmar” Porto Sant’Elpidio

Upgrading and renovation of the former Ligmar industrial area over approx 72,330 sqm, north of Porto Sant’Elpidio, along the Strada Statale 16, at about 4 Km from the Civitanova Marche motorway exit and approx 1.5 km from junction on the S.S.77 (the main road to Macerata Foligno).
Given its proximity to the Gallerie Auchan shopping centre and a multiplex cinema with 9 theatres, the building of a new retail park will allow a strong synergy between the retail variety and entertainment, so as to satisfy a catchment area of about 300,000 inhabitants.
This project foresees the building of six medium size shops, for a total Gross Leasable Area of approx 18,350 sqm, plus 4,000 sqm for services.
The plan also foresees the reorganization of the main and secondary roadways: a new roundabout will be built on the S.S.16 at the entrance east-west road to this area, from which the directions to the public and private parking start.
Finally, by means of a railway underpath, the roundabout will be connected to the municipal coplanar road on the other side of the railway, running parallel to the sea and to the S.S.16, thus creating a direct connection with the Porto Sant’Elpidio seafront.
